With over 15 years being a successful entrepreneur in the home care industry. Jessica Kay Shinholster earned the moniker #1 Home Care Boss, becoming an industry leader in her field.  At age 22 she established Your Independence, Inc. (2008) which provides residential support services to individuals with cognitive disabilities. Since that time Jessica Kay’s experience in home care services and business management provided a pathway to expand her entrepreneurial pursuits. 

 

She established a consultancy (Home Care Boss ) which aims to assist new and current home care agencies with establishing and/or refining their operations as well as growing to 6-7 figures. 

 

Jessica Kay owns several other business ventures along with her impressive 7 figure Real Estate Portfolio. 

 

Her latest projects include the opening of a fine dining restaurant, Franchise  “Esco”, to the Atlanta based brand (2chainz and Who Is Snoop) slated to open in Columbus, Ohio this fall (2022).

She is currently working on her first book, launching the "Walking in your Purpose" podcast and dropping gems inside her private online membership "Home Care Bosses Club"

 

Jessica Kay possess a Masters in Management, from the University of Phoenix and states her drive of having her two children by the age of 17 has and will always be the driven force behind her success.
